      <title>CW Coaching Sub-group Kick-off Meeting (30 May 2012)</title>
      <description>Please come to the &lt;b&gt;CW Coaching sub-group inaugural meeting&lt;/b&gt; on &lt;b&gt;Wednesday, May 30 from 10 am-12 noon&lt;/b&gt; at the &lt;b&gt;Friendship Heights Panera Bread&lt;/b&gt;, 4459 Willard Ave, Chevy Chase, MD 20815.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Our objectives:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;
* Companionship –As entrepreneurs who practice and believe in developing human potential, we want kindred spirits with whom to learn, network, have fun.&lt;br&gt;
&amp;nbsp;* Access to each other’s brains, hearts, and networks as questions come up and we crystallize our own niches.&lt;br&gt;
&amp;nbsp;* Learning Think Tank – Offer demos, tutorials, and case studies in order to learn different coaching techniques and best practices.&lt;br&gt;
&amp;nbsp;* Collaboration/Sounding Board/Advice&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Our ground rules:&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; generosity of ideas, integrity around knowledge management, have each other’s backs and confidentiality&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Our goal&lt;/b&gt; is fostering warm, content-rich, quarterly meetings, where WE bring the content and get a real sense of each other’s talent, strengths, and development needs.&amp;nbsp; This first meeting will be about getting to know each other and plotting our calendar and topics for the first year.&lt;br&gt;

(work on crafting networking/elevator speeches, client pitches, and learn strategies for presentations and keynotes, interviews, Q &amp;amp; A)&lt;br&gt;
